About the Programme
The Nexus Microgrant Programme provides small, targeted financial support to early‑career individuals working in
Earth observation, climate resilience, geospatial analysis, and space‑related fields. The goal is to remove modest
financial barriers that prevent promising Africans from accessing opportunities, completing projects, or advancing
their skills.
Why This Programme Exists
Across Africa, talented individuals frequently encounter financial constraints that limit their ability to participate
in research, training, or professional development. These barriers are often small, but their impact is significant.
This programme was created to address that gap through timely, mission‑aligned support.
